These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GetMyServ website and platform (“GMS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, registering a company or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

GetMyServ is a tech-driven business services marketplace that connects companies and individuals with verified, trusted corporate service providers in the United Arab Emirates across areas such as visa and residency services, company setup, finance and tax services, legal services, and travel and tourism.

GMS acts as an intermediary and ecosystem partner only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not perform the services listed on the platform. The contract for any service is entered into directly between you and the service provider you select.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@getmyserv.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, provides false information or is used unlawfully.

Businesses registering on GMS as service providers agree that:

• All company information submitted — including company name, trade licence number, business activity, contact details and working hours — is accurate and current.
• They hold and will maintain all licences, permits and approvals required to provide their services in the UAE, and will supply proof on request.
• GMS may verify submitted details, and may reject, suspend or remove a listing where information cannot be verified, is misleading, or where service quality or conduct falls short of platform standards.
• They are solely responsible for the delivery, quality, timelines and legal compliance of the services they provide, and for any documents received from customers.
• Applicable commissions, listing fees or subscription charges, where agreed separately in writing with GMS, will be honoured.

• Submitting an enquiry or adding a service to your cart is a request, not a confirmed booking. An order is confirmed only once accepted by the service provider or acknowledged by GMS.
• By submitting an enquiry you consent to the details necessary to fulfil it being shared with the relevant service provider, who may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• Service scope, timelines and requirements are agreed directly between you and the provider. You are responsible for providing accurate documents and information required to complete the service.
• Government processing times, approvals and outcomes are outside the control of GMS and the service provider.

• Prices displayed on the platform are indicative and may change based on the scope of work, documentation required and government or third-party charges.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude government fees, typing charges, translation or attestation costs and applicable VAT.
• Payments may be collected by GMS on behalf of a provider or directly by the provider, as indicated at the time of booking.
• Government fees and third-party charges, once paid to the relevant authority, are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be raised in writing before work has commenced. Where a service has already been partly or fully performed, or where government or third-party fees have already been paid, those amounts are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Refund terms specific to a service take precedence where they have been agreed with the provider in writing.

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Submit false, forged or altered documents or information.
• Post content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass the platform to avoid agreed fees, or scrape, copy or resell platform content or provider listings without permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its systems or other users' accounts.

Reviews, ratings and other content you submit must be honest and based on genuine experience. You grant GMS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use such content in connection with the platform. We may remove content that is false, abusive or in breach of these Terms.

All content on this website — including the GetMyServ name and logo, text, graphics, layout and software — is owned by or licensed to GMS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we verify service providers to a reasonable standard, we do not warrant the accuracy of listings, the availability of the platform without interruption, or the outcome of any service performed by a provider. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of the platform or from any service provided by a service provider. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees actually received by GMS in respect of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold GMS harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of the platform after any change indicates your acceptance of it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
